Policies, Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds:

We believe that the policies stated below ensure the mutual protection of our guests’ interests and our continued ability to provide excellent hospitality and fare.  We sympathize in the event of bad weather, illness, or last-minute surprises – as we have had those happen to us, too; we have established these practices in order to be careful and fair.  Please read them carefully, and call us with any questions. 

A deposit of the first night of the total reservation is required.  The balance is due upon arrival.  The deposit can be refunded if notice is given at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

A security deposit of a $100.00 is due at check-in.  The security deposit will be returned at checkout once the room key has been returned and the room has been inspected by motel employees for room damage and/or missing room furnishings.
